PREHEAT oven to 350?F. Mix cereal, brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
BEAT cake mix, eggs, sour cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten, scraping side of bowl often. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
POUR 1/3 of the batter into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cereal mixture. Repeat layers twice, ending with cereal mixture.
BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
MIX powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. of the milk until well blended. Add additional milk, 1 tsp. at a time, until glaze is smooth and of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cake. Garnish with additional cereal if desired.
