Cheesy Italian Chicken

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes (Total Time : 20 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 4
  • 4 Small Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves (1 Pound)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Chunky Italian-style Tomato Sauce
  • 6 ounce VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, Cut Up
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti, Cooked, Drained
  • SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to low.

    STIR in tomato sauce; cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    ADD VELVEETA; cover. Cook on low heat until VELVEETA is melted. Serve over hot spaghetti.

    Great Substitute

    Prepare as directed, using 1 jar (15 oz.) chunky spaghetti sauce.

    Perfect Pasta

    For perfect pasta that's cooked just right, test it often near the end of the cooking time suggested on the package. The perfect pasta is done when it's tender, but still slightly firm as you bite into it. To keep the pasta from cooking any further, immediately drain it in a colander.
