Easy Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes (Total Time: 15 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 4
  • 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 pound Fresh Ground Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 Head Boston Lettuce, Leaves Separated
  • MIX hoisin sauce, peanut butter, dressing and crushed red pepper until well blended; set aside.

    COOK turkey in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in hoisin sauce mixture and onions until well blended. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

    SPOON evenly down centers of lettuce leaves; roll up. Serve immediately.

    Make it Easy

    Omit peanut butter and crushed red pepper. Instead, mix 1/4 cup purchased peanut sauce with the hoisin sauce and dressing before using as directed.
