Catalina Oriental Chicken Salad

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes (Total Time: 28 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 6
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT FREE CATALINA Fat Free Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Strips
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Salad Greens
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Sliced Water Chestnuts, Drained
  • 1/2 cup Pea Pods, Blanched
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • MIX dressing, soy sauce and crushed red pepper in large skillet.

    ADD chicken; cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through. Cool completely.

    TOSS chicken mixture with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

    Great Substitute

    Substitute 2 cups frozen oriental vegetables, thawed, for water chestnuts, pea pods, carrots and bean sprouts.

    Take Along Tips

    To enjoy this salad on the go, prepare as directed; spoon onto flour tortillas and roll up! Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat. This is also a great idea for other leftover salads.
