COOK chicken in medium skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside.
MIX mayo, milk and basil in small saucepan; cook 2 min. or until heated through and slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
SPOON rice onto serving platter; top with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with tomato and onions.
