Vegetable Beef Stroganoff

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes (Total Time: 25 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 6
  • 1 Pound Beef Sirloin Steak, Cut Into Strips
  • 1 Medium Onion, Cut Into Thin Wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 and 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 4 cups (8 ounces) Medium Egg Noodles, Uncooked
  • 3 cups Assorted Cut-up Vegetables
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • BROWN steak with onion in hot oil in large skillet, stirring frequently.

    ADD water, bouillon cubes, noodles and vegetables. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender.

    STIR in sour cream; cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
