Vegetarian Pita Pockets

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes (Total Time: 20 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 4
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Broccoli
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2 Percent Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Canned Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), Drained, Rinsed
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Cucumber Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 4 Whole Wheat Pita Breads, Cut In Half
  • 4 Large Lettuce Leaves
  • TOSS broccoli, cheese, beans and dressing.

    LINE pita bread halves with lettuce; fill with broccoli mixture.
