Baby Spinach, Beet And Toasted Walnut Salad

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes
  • Serving Size: 8
  • 2 cups Chopped Canned Beets
  • 1 package (10 ounces) Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, Toasted
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  • TOSS all ingredients except dressing and cheese in large bowl.

    ADD dressing; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
