Chocolate-filled Matzo Stack

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes
  • Serving Size: 8
  • 4 Unsalted Matzos
  • 3 tablespoons Orange-flavored Liqueur
  • 1 package (4 ounces) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, Thawed, Divided
  • BRUSH both sides of each matzo evenly with liqueur; set aside.

    MELT chocolate and margarine in medium saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 10 min. Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

    SPREAD 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on one of the matzos. Cover with second matzo, with corners pointing in a different direction. Repeat layers, using remaining matzos and remaining chocolate mixture. Top with the remaining whipped topping. Store in refrigerator.
